Orders

  • If we are unable to fulfill an order, we may cancel it and issue a refund for any amount successfully collected for the unfulfilled portion.
  • Customer cancellation requests should be raised before dispatch. After dispatch, the request may need to be handled under the Refund Policy after delivery.

Bat Preparation, Care, and Usage

  • Cricket bats, especially willow bats, require proper preparation, care, and match-appropriate usage.
  • Where applicable, customers should follow product guidance for knock-in, oiling, seam-ball readiness, storage, and moisture protection.
  • Damage caused by poor maintenance, water exposure, misuse, toe damage, yorker impact, edge mis-hits, or normal wear from play is not treated as a website or listing error.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
